摘要
茶产业是云南省农业产业的重要组成部分。借鉴现有农业绿色发展评价指标体系,结合云南省茶产业发展环境和现状,运用层次分析法构建了涵盖5个二级指标、25个三级指标的茶产业绿色发展评价指标体系,并测度了云南省茶叶主产区2012—2020年茶产业绿色发展水平。结果显示,云南省茶产业绿色发展总体平稳但发展水平不高,其中文山州茶产业绿色发展水平最低,西双版纳州绿色发展水平最高。同时,存在各州(市)区域经济发展、茶产业发展和绿色发展不协调情况。提升茶叶主产区绿色发展水平,应加强茶产业绿色发展的顶层设计和机制构建,优化茶产业发展结构,培育茶旅融合产业,建立茶园有机绿色监管机制。
Tea industry is an important part of agricultural industry in Yunnan province.Based on the agricultural green development evaluation index system,combined with the development environment and current situation of the tea industry in Yunnan province,the tea industry green development evaluation index system with 25 specific indicators in 5 dimensions was constructed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The green development level of the tea industry in the main tea producing areas of Yunnan Province was neasured from 2012 to 2020.To enhance the level of green development in the main tea producing areas,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design and mechanism construction of green development in the tea industry,and optimize the development structure of the tea industry,cultivate the tea tourism integration industry,and establish an organic green regulatory mechanism for tea gardens.
