摘要
作为典型有机食品,有机茶是绿色、生态、健康茶产品代表,发展势头良好。但当下仍然面临着溢价有限、消费者认知不足、政府扶持力度不够等问题。未来有机茶产业具有一定发展潜力,但需进一步完善相关政策,加强人才队伍建设,强化市场引导和宣传,加大市场监管力度,以推动有机茶产业健康发展。
Organic tea is a typical organic food,which is the representative of ecological,healthy and pollution-free tea products.However,at present,China's organic tea faces problems such as limited premium,low consumer awareness and insufficient government support.In the future,it is necessary to further improve the relevant policies,strengthen the construction of the team,strengthen the market guidance and publicity,and increase market supervision,in order to promote the development of the organic tea industry.
