摘要
近年来,中国发生的多起油品爆炸及环境污染事故为危化品码头运营企业敲响了警钟。鉴于此,文章对油品码头常见风险进行了分析,对新技术应用进行了阐述,以期尽可能将事故风险控制在最低限度内,确保油品码头安全、平稳运行。
In recent years,multiple oil explosions and environmental pollution accidents in China have sounded the alarm for hazardous chemical terminal operators.Based on this,the article analyzes the common risks of oil terminals and elaborates on the application of new technologies.In order to minimize the risk of accidents as much as possible and ensure the safe and stable operation of the oil terminal.
