摘要 FPSO工艺水舱牺牲阳极耗蚀过快对海上石油生产作业所带来的危害非常大。为了不影响生产,可通过改善高温工艺水环境或者优化牺牲阳极布置等方法避免问题的出现,从而为中国海洋石油企业的可持续发展提供技术保障。文章针对FPSO工艺水舱牺牲阳极耗蚀过快的原因展开深入分析,提出一些切实有效的防腐对策。 The rapid erosion of sacrificial anodes in FPSO process water tanks poses a significant threat to offshore oil production operations.In order not to affect production,methods such as improving the high-temperature process water environment or optimizing sacrificial anode layout can be used to avoid problems,thus providing technical support for the sustainable development of Chinese offshore oil enterprises.The article conducts an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the rapid erosion of sacrificial anodes in FPSO process water tanks,and proposes some practical and effective anti-corrosion measures.
