法度能随着时代发展而变化,国家才能繁荣安定。韩非子认为,历史阶段不同,治国方法也应不同,法律只有顺应时代发展才能使国家得到有效治理。
Prosperity and stability can be expected in a state when the laws keep pace with the times.Hanfeizi holds that the strategy of ruling shall be suited to the specific historical stage,and effective governance can be achieved when the laws are in line with the developmental trends of the times.
