摘要
目的观察隔药灸脐法治疗小儿脾胃虚寒型肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年10月于莒南县中医医院治疗的50例脾胃虚寒型肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各25例。对照组予口服头孢克肟治疗,疗程1周;治疗组予隔药灸脐法治疗,疗程2周。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、肠系膜淋巴结直径和复发情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,肠系膜淋巴结横轴和纵轴直径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个月后随访,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隔药灸脐法治疗小儿脾胃虚寒型肠系膜淋巴结炎能减轻症状,改善淋巴结肿大的情况,且复发率较低,具有显著的临床效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of um bilical medicine moxibustion in the treatm ent of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children due to deficient cold of spleen and stomach.Methods A total of 50 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis of deficient cold of spleen and stomach in Junan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given oral Cefixime,the course of treatment was one week.The treatment group was given umbilical medicine moxibustion,the course of treatment was two weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,diameter of mesenteric lymph node and recurrence in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the diameters of horizontal axis and vertical axis of mesenteric lymph node in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Following up for 3 m onths,the recurrence rate in the tr eatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Umbilical medicine moxibustion treating mesenteric lymphadenitis in children due to deficient cold of spleen and stomach can reduce symptoms,improve the situation of lymph node enlargement,with low recurrence rate and remarkable clinical effect.
