摘要
针对重载铁路系统各子系统状态监测相互割裂,形成信息孤岛,以及人工运维效率低、成本高等问题,提出一种重载铁路PHM平台总体的建设方案。该方案从PHM中心大数据体系架构的逻辑架构设计、功能架构设计两方面进行构建,再结合重载铁路的信息源分析,最终给出重载列车PHM平台建设方案,旨在实现全面实时监控重载铁路状态,通过传感器收集的信息预测故障,达到综合利用全局信息、缩短故障响应时间、降低运维成本的目的。
Since the status monitoring of various subsystems of the heavy-haul railway system is separated from each other,forming information islands,low efficiency and high cost of manual operation and maintenance,an overall construction scheme of heavy-haul railway PHM platform is proposed.The solution is constructed from the logical architecture design and functional architecture design of PHM center big data architecture.Combined with the information source analysis of heavy-haul railway,the construction scheme of PHM platform for heavy-haul train is finally given,aiming to realize comprehensive real-time monitoring of the status of heavy-haul railway.Through the information collected by the sensor to predict the failure,the purpose of comprehensively utilizing the global information,shortening the fault response time,and reducing the operation and maintenance cost is achieved.
