摘要
目的:观察郑氏提顶理筋手法结合润肠通便方对臀坐式骶尾椎骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:将四川省骨科医院2021年1月—2022年3月诊治的120例臀坐式骶尾椎骨折患者随机分为对照组(普通手法复位+口服布洛芬缓释胶囊、乳果糖口服液)和试验组(郑氏提顶理筋手法+润肠通便方),每组60例,均治疗4周,观察两组不同节点疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、肠功能指数(BFI)、Lowa评分及骨折愈合情况。结果:在治疗后及治疗后1、2、4周,试验组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗1周后,试验组BFI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗3个月后试验组Lowa评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用郑氏提顶理筋手法结合润肠通便方治疗臀坐式骶尾椎骨折,对其疼痛、便秘症状及功能恢复等方面具有显著的疗效,有一定的临床推广性。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ZHENGs'manipulation of lifting the top and regulating the tendons combined with Runchang Tongbian Recipe in patients with buttock sitting sacrococcygeal fracture.Methods:A total of 120 patients with buttock sitting sacrococcygeal fracture diagnosed and treated in Sichuan Province Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group(conventional manual reduction and oral Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsule,Lactulose Oral Liquid)and experimental group(ZHENGs'manipulation of lifting the top and regulating the tendons combined with Runchang Tongbian Recipe),60 patients in each group,and treated for 4 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Bowel function index(BFI),Lowa score and bone healing were observed in two groups.Results:After treatment and 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment,VAS scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).One weeks after treatment,the BFI score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).After 3 months of treatment,the Lowa score of the experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of buttock sitting sacrococcygeal fracture with ZHENGs'manipulation of lifting the top and regulating the tendons combined with Runchang Tongbian Recipe has significant effects on pain,constipation symptoms and functional recovery,and has certain clinical promotion.
