某型动车组国产化充电机外接供电信号异常输出分析

摘要 某型动车组发生牵引封锁,全列无牵引电流,查CCU数据得知是列车检测到充电机报启动外部供电所致。通过实物检查,排除线路故障,判断是充电机的网关扩展卡故障。正常情况下,蓄电池无需外部供电,此时外部供电信号应处于低电平,开展了相关试验,试验过程中未出现车上相关的故障现象。经对比发现国产化充电机未对“外接充电开关闭合”信号采取滤波处理。提出了整改前列车临时解决措施,并在核心故障代码等级、相关信号增加滤波处理、充电机增加拓展模块、增加多路110V外接供电检测信号等软硬件方面进行了整改,问题得到了彻底解决。 A certain type of EMU has traction blocking,and there is no traction current in the whole train.The CCU data shows that it is caused by the external power supply of the charger that the train detects.Through physical inspection,eliminate the line fault and judge that it is the gateway expansion card fault of the charger.Under normal circumstances,the battery does not need external power supply.At this time,the external power supply signal should be at a low level.Relevant tests have been carried out,and there is no relevant fault phenomenon on the vehicle during the test.Through comparison,it is found that the signal of"external charging switch closed"is not filtered by the domestic charger.The temporary solutions for the train before rectification were proposed,and the problems were completely solved in terms of software and hardware,such as the level of core fault code,the increase of filtering processing for related signals,the increase of expansion modules for the charger,and the increase of multiple 110V external power supply detection signals.
