摘要
某厂2台超临界机组于2016年投产,至今在机组启动过程中多次发生屏式过热器、低温再热器壁温超温现象,尤其是低温再热器壁温超温严重。针对启动过程中过热器壁温和再热器壁温的超温现象,从运行调整角度出发,着手分析超温发生的原因、机理、危害,采用措施来防止受热面超温,确保机组安全,避免发生受热面超温爆管,同时有效缩短机组启动时间,节约燃油。
So far in the process of unit start-up repeatedly occurred low-temperature reheater,screen-type superheater wall temperature overtemperature phenomenon,especially the low-temperature reheater wall temperature overtemperature serious.In view of the over-temperature phenomenon of superheater and reheater in the start-up process,the causes,mechanism and harm of over-temperature are analyzed from the angle of operation adjustment,and the corresponding measures are discussed to prevent over-temperature of heating surface,to ensure the safety of the unit,to avoid the occurrence of heating surface over-temperature tube burst,while effectively shorten the unit start-up time,save fuel.
