摘要
目的:观察七福饮联合盐酸美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的临床疗效及其对AD血清病理标记物及相关炎症指标水平的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月就诊于南京市中医院的AD患者,纳入80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组接受盐酸美金刚口服治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用七福饮汤剂治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组有效率;比较2组治疗前后血清β淀粉样蛋白1-42(Amyloidβ1-42,Aβ1-42)、磷酸化tau蛋白(p-tau protein,P-tau)、白细胞介素1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)及白细胞介素10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)水平变化;比较2组治疗前后简易精神状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)、阿尔茨海默病评估量表认知次量表(Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale,ADAS-cog)、日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,MMSE、ADAS-cog及ADL量表评分,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Aβ1-42水平低于对照组(P<0.05),2组P-tau无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组IL-1β、IL-6水平较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),2组IL-10无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:七福饮联合盐酸美金刚可提升治疗AD疗效,提高AD患者认知及日常生活自理能力,可抑制炎症反应、降低Aβ1-42水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qifu Yin combined with memantine hydrochloride on Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and its effect on serum pathological markers and inflammatory indicators.Methods:A total of 80 AD patients from January 2021 to April 2022 in Nanjing Hospital of T.C.M were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with memantine hydrochloride orally;the patents in the treatment group were treated with Qifu decoction on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical response rate of the two groups was compared.The levels of Aβ1-42,P-tau,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 of two groups were compared before and after treat-ment.The scores of minimum mental state examination(MMSE),Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale Cognitive Subscale(ADAS-cog),and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)were compared of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The clinical response rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MMSE,ADAS-cog and ADL of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);Levels of Aβ1-42 of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of P-tau between the two groups(P>0.05);Levels of IL-1βand IL-6 of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference of the levels of IL-10 between the two groups were not significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qifu Yin combined with memantine hydrochloride is effective and can improve cognition and activities of daily living of AD patients,and its mechanism may be related to inhibiting inflammatory response and reducing the level of Aβ1-42.
