摘要
目的 分析全方位护理用于急性肾损伤患者行连续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的临床效果。方法 选取2021年9月-2022年9月于本院接受CRRT治疗的80例急性肾损伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组患者采取全方位护理模式,观察两组救治效果、并发症发生率、临床指标水平及负性情绪等的变化情况。结果 护理后,观察组救治效果与并发症总发生率均较对照组更优(P<0.05);观察组SCr、BUN、ALB、24h尿量、SDS及SAS水平均较对照组显著更佳(P<0.05)。结论 急性肾损伤行CRRT治疗中应用全方位护理模式,可明显提高患者负性情绪与肾功能的改善效果,并可有效减小并发症发生风险,获得更理想的救治效果。
Objective To explore intervention quality and treatment effect of comprehensive nursing in CRRT treatment of acute kidney injury patients.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute kidney injury with CRRT treatment in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 and divided them into two groups according to the random number table.Control group(40 patients)was treated with routine nursing and observation group(40 patients)with comprehensive nursing.Changes in treatment effect,incidence of complications,clinical indicators and negative emotions were observed between two groups.Results After nursing,treatment effect and overall incidence of complications in observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Levels of SCr,BUN,ALB,24-hour urine output,SDS and SAS in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve negative emotions and renal function in CRRT treatment of acute kidney injury patients significantly,reduce risk of complications effectively with ideal treatment effect.
