摘要
目的:借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析陈可冀院士治疗心律失常的组方规律,总结并传承用药经验。方法:收集并整理陈可冀院士2002年4月—2004年11月治疗心律失常的医案处方,采用改进的互信息法、关联规则、复杂系统聚类、不受监督的熵层次聚类等方法对处方中药物的性味、归经、应用频次、药对组合等进行统计、关联、聚类分析。结果:共收集陈可冀院士治疗心律失常处方92则,包含中药94味,多为甘、寒类药物,归经以肝经、心经为主。使用单药频次最高的为丹参、珍珠母、延胡索、苦参、玄参等,高频对药为延胡索-苦参(占比27.2%),常用角药为麦冬-丹参-五味子(占比22.8%)。药物组合的关联分析以麦冬-五味子为核心,配以丹参、黄连、延胡索等药物,形成党参-黄连-黄芩-五味子等核心处方药物。结论:陈可冀院士治疗心律失常的用方通常以生脉散为基础方,根据心率不同,快速性心律失常对证用方加减调整,缓慢性心律失常以温通复脉方为基础方,随症、证配伍丹参、延胡索、苦参、黄连等药物,发挥抗心律失常作用。
Objective:The rule of the prescription of academician Chen Keji in the treatment of arrhythmia was analyzed and the experimence of medication was summarized.Methods:The prescriptions of academician Chen Keji for the treatment of arrhythmia were collected and sorted out.The improved mutual information method,association rules,complex system clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other methods were used to conduct statistical,correlation and cluster analysis of the property,flavors,attributive channel,application frequency,and combination of drugs pairs in the prescriptions.Results:A total of 92 prescriptions for the treatment of arrhythmia by academician Chen Keji were collected,including 94 traditional Chinese medicines,mostly sweet flavour and cold-property,liver and heart meridians.The highest frequency of single herb was Radix Salviae liguliobae,Cristaria plicata,Rhizoma corydalis,Radix Sophorae flavescentis,and Radix Scrophulariae.The popular pairs were Radix Sophorae flavescentis and Rhizoma corydalis(27.2%).The commonly used angle of medicine was Ophiopogon japonicus-Radix Salviae liguliobae-Schisandra chinensis(22.8%).Association analysis of Ophiopogon japonicus-Schisandra chinensis as the core of herbs-combination,combined with Radix Salviae liguliobae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Rhizoma corydalis and other herbs,to form Radix Codonopsis pilosulae-Rhizoma Coptidis-Radix Scutellariae-Schisandra chinensis core prescription.Conclusion:The prescription used by Academician Chen Keji for the treatment of arrhythmias is usually Shengmai San According to different heart rates,tachyarrhythmia prescription is adjusted by Zheng,and for bradycardiac arrhythmia,Wentong Fumai Fang was used as the base,and Radix Salviae liguliobae,Rhizoma corydalis,Radix Sophorae flavescentis,Rhizoma Coptidis and other herbs were adjusted by symptoms to play an anti-arrhythmia effect.
