摘要
有色金属在各领域中都有广泛应用,但目前有色金属压延加工技术并不成熟,生产效率与质量不高。首先利用模拟软件分析选择压延设备合适的参数,然后设计各主体结构。在传统闭式横压延机上进行改进优化,设计了一个开式结构的机架。利用可逻辑编辑控制器(PLC)进行动作控制,实现自动送料。通过模拟实验得到,所设计的压延设备的平均达标率为95.13%,运行时间为12.39 min,报废率为1.72%,能够高效完成产品的加工。
Non ferrous metals are widely used in various fields,but the current technology in their production industry is not mature,and production efficiency and quality are not high.To this end,the study firstly uses simulation software to analyze and select appropriate parameters for the rolling equipment,and then designs the main structures of each.An open structure of the frame is formed by improving and optimizing the traditional closed cross rolling equipment.Finally,programmable logic controller(PLC)is used for motion control to achieve automatic feeding.The experimental results show that the average molding accuracy of equipment 1 is 95.13%,the operating time is 12.39 minutes,and the scrap rate is 1.72%.The non ferrous metal rolling and molding equipment designed by the research institute can efficiently complete the processing of products.
