摘要
利用Unity 3D和3Ds Max技术,按基本几何模型构建、模型细节修改、场景光源选择与创建、设定模型参数并渲染出图的步骤构建CT设备模型,并在此基础上设计CT设备结构拆装与故障维修示教系统,在硬件部分给出示教系统应用框架,在软件部分利用齐次坐标算法,变换CT设备部件结构,生成拆装与维修过程的三维图形,通过时间碰撞理论反复检查示教交互画面。结果表明:该系统能够实现机壳和机床以及内部组件建模,自动完成拆装与故障维修。当2000名学生同时使用示教系统时,可以在0.2 s内实现界面进入,相较于录播示教系统和CMM示教系统,该系统工作效率明显更高。
Using Unity 3D and 3Ds Max technology,the CT equipment model is constructed according to the steps of basic geometric model construction,model detail modification,scene light source selection and creation,model parameter setting and rendering.On this basis,the structure disassembly and fault maintenance teaching system of CT equipment is designed,and the application framework of the teaching system is presented in the hardware part.In the software part,the homogeneous coordinate algorithm is used to transform the structure of CT equipment components,generate three-dimensional graphics of the disassembly and maintenance process,and repeatedly check the interactive images of instruction and teaching through the time collision theory.The results show that the system can realize the modeling of casing,machine tool and internal components,and automatically complete the disassembly and fault maintenance.When 2000 students use the teaching system at the same time,the interface entry can be realized within 0.2 s.Compared with the recording and broadcasting teaching system and CMM teaching system,the teaching system in this paper has significantly higher working efficiency.
