千里光配方颗粒的制备工艺及薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘要 为开发与利用千里光资源,对千里光配方颗粒的制备工艺以及鉴别方法进行了研究.研究方法参考《中药配方颗粒质量控制与标准制定技术要求》,在单因素实验的基础上,以出膏率、浸出物含量为考察指标,以加水量为考察因素,确定千里光配方颗粒的制备工艺;以对照药材作为对照进行薄层色谱法定性鉴别.结果表明,千里光配方颗粒的制备工艺为煎煮前浸泡30 min,连续煎煮2次,第一次煎煮30 min,第二次25 min;加水量为第一次1200 mL、第二次1000 mL;薄层色谱中可检出特征斑点.以上数据表明千里光配方颗粒制备工艺稳定,薄层鉴别方法操作简单,重复性好,为千里光配方颗粒的开发与利用提供了参考. For developing and utilizing the resources of Senecio scandens Buch-Ham,this paper studies the prepa⁃ration process and identification method of S.Scandens dispensing granules.The research method refers to“Techni⁃cal Requirements for Quality Control and Standard Formulation of Chinese Medicine dispensing granules”.On the basis of single factor experiment,the extraction rate and extract content are used as the inspection indicators,and the amount of water added is used as the investigation factor to determine the quality of the S.Scandens dispensing gran⁃ules for preparation technology,TLC identification research was carried out with reference medicinal materials as control.The results showed that the preparation process of S.Scandens dispensing granules was soaking for 30 min before decocting,and decocting twice in a row,the first decocting for 30 minutes and the second 25 minutes;the a⁃mount of water added was 1200 mL for the first time and 1000 mL for the second time.Characteristic spots can be detected in thin layer chromatography.The above data show that the preparation process of S.Scandens dispensing granules is stable,the thin-layer identification method is simple to operate and has good repeatability,which pro⁃vides a reference for the development and utilization of S.Scandens dispensing granules.
