摘要
针对建筑装配式装修规模大、工期短等特点,提出将BIM技术应用于装修全过程的设计方案,通过前期设计,完成数字化测量与不同方案比较,最终选择科学高效的设计方案。结果显示,在项目施工中利用BIM技术完成模拟施工、施工器材选择与数字化管理工作,可提高施工管理效率,降低施工成本。
According to the characteristics of large scale and short construction period of building assembly decoration,this paper puts forward a design scheme of applying BIM technology to the whole decoration process.Through the preliminary design,digital measurement is completed and compared with different schemes,and finally a scientific and efficient design scheme is selected.The results show that using BIM technology to complete simulation construction,selection of construction equipment and digital management in project construction can improve construction management fficiency and reduce construction cost.
