摘要
分析健康体检中60岁以上老年人常规心电图特征。选取2021年4月—2023年7月于安顺市西秀区妇幼保健院进行常规心电图检测的120例60岁以上老年人为研究对象。按照性别分为对照组与实验组,女性纳入对照组,男性纳入实验组,每组各60例,均接受心电图常规检测。比较两组老年人心电图正常与异常情况。结果显示,实验组心电图正常人数少于对照组(P<0.05),实验组心电图异常形式多于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,120例60岁以上老年人心电图比较中,女性心电图检测情况优于男性,女性异常情况少于男性。
Analyze the routine electrocardiogram characteristics of elderly people over 60 years old in health examinations.120 elderly individuals aged 60 and above who underwent routine electrocardiogram testing at Anshun Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Divided into a control group and an experimental group based on gender,with women included in the control group and men included in the experimental group,with 60 patients in each group receiving routine electrocardiogram testing.Compare the normal and abnormal electrocardiogram of two groups of elderly people.The results showed that the number of people with normal electrocardiogram in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the abnormal form of electrocardiogram in the experimental group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that among 120 elderly people aged 60 and above,female electrocardiogram detection is better than male,and female abnormalities are less than male.
