摘要
随着社会经济的进步,天然气长输管道越来越多,一旦天然气长输管道发生事故,对社会、经济、环境造成不可挽回的损失,目前天然气长输管道的应急管理存在一些突出的问题,本文根据天然气长输管线的突发事件,对其制定了相应的对策,包括事故的防范和应对、监控和早期的预警,以期为我国天然气管道输送中遇到的问题提供有效的对策,从而促进我国油气运输的稳定发展。
With the development of society,there are more and more long-distance natural gas pipelines.Once an accident occurs in a long-distance natural gas pipeline,it will cause irreparable losses to society,economy,and environment.Currently,there are some prominent problems in the emergency management of long-distance natural gas pipelines.This article proposes corresponding countermeasures based on sudden events of long-distance natural gas pipelines,including accident prevention and response,monitoring,and early warning.In order to provide some effective countermeasures for problems encountered in China’s natural gas pipeline transportation,and promote the stable development of China’s oil and gas transportation.
