摘要
按照3种固化磁场强度和3种羰基铁粉质量分数进行组合,制备了9种磁流变弹性体样品,并对其特性进行测量与分析。在测量数据的处理过程中,将无外加磁场下的样品特性(剪切模量和冲击韧性)称为初始特性。将不同强度固化磁场中制备的、不同羰基铁粉质量分数的样品,在不同外磁场作用下的特性变化趋势与初始特性作对比,分析了固化磁场强度与外加磁场强度对样品特性的影响。结果表明,固化磁场强度决定了样品的初始特性;外部磁场强度不改变同一固化磁场强度下制备的,不同羰基铁粉质量分数样品剪切模量的变化趋势,但是可以改变冲击韧性的变化趋势。
According to the combination of three curing magnetic field intensities and three carbonyl iron powder mass fractions,nine magnetorheological elastomer samples were prepared,and the characteristics of these samples were measured and analyzed.In the processing the measured data,the sample characteristics(shear modulus and impact toughness)without external magnetic field are called initial characteristics.In this paper,the variation trend of the characteristics of the samples with different carbonyl iron powder mass fractions prepared in different solidified magnetic fields under different external magnetic fields is compared with the variation trend of the initial characteristics,and the influence of the solidified magnetic field intensity and the applied magnetic field intensity on the characteristics is analyzed.The results show that the initial characteristics of the samples are determined by the strength of the solidified magnetic field.The external magnetic field intensity does not change the variation trend of shear modulus of samples with different carbonyl iron powder mass fraction prepared under the same solidified magnetic field intensity,but it can change the variation trend of impact toughness.
