摘要
目的:观察黄连素的应用对于多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者诱导排卵结局的影响。方法:收集2020年10月至2021年12月就诊山东中医药大学第二附属医院的PCOS患者60例,随机分为黄连素组和二甲双胍组,每组30例。黄连素组给予口服黄连素治疗,二甲双胍组给予口服二甲双胍干预治疗,均为3个月,后给予两组患者促排卵治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后身体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、LH/FSH比值以及促排卵相关指标及排卵率、受孕率情况。结果:两组治疗后BMI、FPG、HOMAIR、TC、TG、LH方面较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。且黄连素组能够显著降低T、FINS、LH/FSH水平(P<0.01)。HCG日子宫内膜厚度方面,黄连素组显著优于二甲双胍组(P<0.05)。且服药期间黄连素组患者未出现明显不良反应。结论:黄连素能有效改善PCOS患者血糖、血脂、基础性激素水平以及促排卵相关指标,临床效果优于二甲双胍。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of beberine on ovulation-assisted pregnancy outcome in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Sixty patients with PCOS were collected from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to December 2021 and randomly divided into the beberine group and metformin group,30 patients in each group.The BMI,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,FSH,LH,T,LH/FSH ratio,ovulation induction-related indexes,ovulation and conception rates of all patients were compared before and after the intervention treatment.Results:The BMI,FPG,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,LH in both the beberine and metformin groups after treatment decreased significantly than that before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05),and T,FINS level and LH/FSH ratio in the beberine group decreased significantly(P<0.01).In terms of endometrial thickness on HCG day,the beberine group was significantly higher than the metformin group(P<0.05).And during the medication period,no significant adverse reactions were observed in the patients in the beberine group.Conclusion:Beberine is effective in improving blood glucose,lipid levels,sex hormone levels and ovulation induction related indicators in PCOS patients,with better clinical effects than metformin.
