摘要
基于珠三角地区2011-2020年9个地级市的工业企业面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist-Tobit三步法,剖析了该地区工业企业科技创新效率以及科技金融对其的影响。结果表明,珠三角地区工业企业科技创新效率整体较高,但仍然有提升空间;政府财政支持、金融市场融资能力、工业企业全员劳动生产率和工业企业债务融资能力对工业企业科技创新效率具有显著正向影响,而工业产业盈利能力则并未对工业企业科技创新效率产生显著影响。
Based on the panel data of industrial enterprises in nine prefecture level cities in the Pearl River Delta from 2011 to 2020,and uses the DEA-Malmquist-Tobit three-step method to analyze the scientific and technological innovation efficiency and the impact of scitech finance on it.The results show that the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region is relatively high,but there is still room for improvement.And the results also show that these indicators have different influences on the scientific and technological innovation efficiency.The influence of government financial support,financial market financing ability,total labor productivity of industrial enterprises,industrial enterprise debt financing ability has significantly positive influence on scientific and technological efficiency.While the profitability of the second industry did not have a significant impact on it.
