摘要
为筛选对太子参叶斑病病原菌A菌有拮抗效果的生防菌,从宁德柘荣太子参根系土壤中分离获得213株放线菌菌株,以壳二孢属病原菌作为靶标菌开展平板对峙实验,获得3株拮抗效果良好的生防菌:A-26、B-26、N-1.结合形态学观察及16S rRNA分子鉴定,3株菌株分别鉴定为杀黄孢链霉菌(Streptomyces xanthocidi⁃cus)、白色链霉菌(S.albulus)、津岛链霉菌(S.tsukiyonensis).
In order to screen the biocontrol bacteria with antagonistic effect against the leaf spot pathogen A of Pseudostellaria heterophylla,a total of 213 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from the root soil of P.pseu⁃dostellariae Zherong of Ningde.Three strains of biocontrol with good antagonistic effect were obtained by the plate confrontation experiment with the pathogen of Chirodispora as the target bacteria:A-26,B-26 and N-1.Using a combination of morphological evidence,physiological and biochemical activity assays,and molecular methods,B-26,A-26,and N-1 were identified as Streptomyces albulus,S.xanthocidicus and S.tsukiyonensis,respectively.
