基于北斗时空体系的智慧地铁乘客服务设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 由于地铁非暴露空间位置信息感知手段的限制,当前乘客在出行过程中不能享受室内外统一的导航服务。在地铁北斗定位系统支持下,可为乘客提供高精度的时空信息,从而为智慧地铁全时程服务奠定基础。在北斗时空体系下,智慧地铁乘客服务通过对乘客的全时程大数据精准画像和多要素出行链分析,能对客流进行精准预测,通过无人化客服平台与装备,为乘客提供空间地图展示、服务设备设施查找、路径规划、导航等服务,最终在客运组织中实现对乘客的高效诱导。 Passenger service is an important part of smart metro.Due to the limitation of sensing means of non-exposed spatial position information in metro,passengers cannot enjoy coherent indoor and outdoor navigation services during travel.With the construction of Beidou spatio-temporal system,smart metro has built a coherent indoor and outdoor spatio-temporal benchmark and carried out spatial digitization.With the support of Beidou positioning system,metro can provide passengers with high-precision spatio-temporal information,thus laying a foundation for the full-time service of smart metro.Under the Beidou spatio-temporal system,smart metro passenger service can accurately predict passenger flow through accurate full-time big data portrait and multi-factor travel chain analysis of passengers.Through customer self-service platforms and unmanned equipment,it provides passengers with services such as spatial map display,search of service equipment and facilities,route planning,navigation,etc.and finally realizes efficient guidance for passengers in passenger transport organization.
