摘要
数字经济已成为我国发展的核心战略,成为推动经济增长、转变经济增长方式的重要力量,经济增长离不开能源的供给,研究数字经济与能源效率之间的关系,探究数字经济对能源效率的影响有着重要意义。通过选取2014—2021年省级面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型,就数字经济发展水平对能源效率的影响进行实证研究。研究表明:数字经济发展水平可以显著提升能源效率,但数字经济和能源效率均呈现了区域间发展不均衡,并且二者发展中心的分布差异性较大。根据所得结论,提出了完善“西电东送”工程、加快各地“东数西算”枢纽节点的建设以及加大对数字能源等技术项目的投入等建议,以促进我国整体能源效率的提升。
Digital economy has become the core strategy of our country's development,become an important force to promote economic growth and transform the way of economic growth.Economic growth is inseparable from the supply of energy.It has great significance to research the relationship between digital economy and energy efficiency,and explore the influence of digital economy on energy efficiency.Selecting provincial panel data from 2014 to 2021,a bi-directional fixed effect model was constructed to conduct an empirical study on the impact of digital economy development level on energy efficiency.The research shows that the development level of digital economy can significantly improve energy efficiency,but the development of digital economy and energy efficiency is unbalanced among regions,and the distribution of development centers of the two is greatly different.According to the conclusions,suggestions are put forward to improve the West-East power transmission project,accelerate the construction of East-West compute hub nodes and increase the investment in digital energy and other technical projects,so as to promote the overall energy efficiency of our country.
