摘要
为了减低回采工作面煤壁片帮发生的可能与频率,运用理论分析、理论推导以及现场实践等方法,分析了松软煤层工作面发生片帮的机理,并提出科学合理的片帮防治技术。推导得出在开采煤层松软条件下,煤壁主要发生剪切片帮。综合多方因素,提出了煤壁注浆加固的片帮治理技术。在现场实践中,证明了该技术能够有效降低片帮发生的频次,为工作面开采过程中的片帮治理提供一定的借鉴作用。
In order to reduce the possibility and frequency of coal wall spalling in the stope face,the mechanism of caving in the working face of soft coal seam is analyzed by means of theoretical analysis,theo⁃retical derivation and field practice,and scientific and reasonable caving prevention technology is put for⁃ward.It is deduced that the main shearing sheet spalling in coal wall under the condition of soft coal seam.Combined with various factors,the technology of coal wall grouting reinforcement is put forward,and it is proved in field practice that this technology can effectively reduce the frequency of the occurrence of coal wall spalling.This will provide some reference for the treatment of coal wall spalling in the mining process of working face.
