ECU整车端接插件端子烧蚀问题分析

摘要 针对某型柴油机ECU整车端接插件端子频繁烧蚀的故障案例,结合ECU的工作环境,对ECU整车端接插件以及控制的后处理零部件进行由浅及深的剖析,确定烧蚀问题的根本原因为虹吸效应,并有针对性地提出优化改进方案,通过试验验证和市场匹配验证改进方案的有效性,为其他零部件的设计和故障分析提供参考。 Aiming at the fault cases of frequent ablation of a diesel engine ECU vehicle connector plug,and combined with the working environment of the loader,the ECU vehicle connector plug and controlled after-treatment parts are analyzed from shallow level to deep level.It is determined that the root cause of ablation problem is siphonic effect,and the improved optimization scheme is put forward correspondingly.The effectiveness of the improved scheme is verified by experiments and validations,which provides reference for the design and fault analysis of other components.
