摘要
远程教育的小学教育专业实施全程导师制,可以为处于自主学习状态的学生提供个性化的学习支持服务。全程导师制更易实现以学生为中心,更突显个性化教育,对小学教育专业来说更是不可或缺。在小学教育专业全程导师制的实施过程中,要完善相关保障机制,注重导师的遴选和培训,明确导师的指导方式,采用多种方法提升学生实践能力。
The primary education specialty of distance education implements the whole process tutorial system,which provides personalized learning support services for students in the state of autonomous learning.The whole-course tutorial system makes it easier to realize student-centered and personalized education,which is indispensable for primary education specialty.When implementing the whole process tutorial system,it is necessary to improve the relevant security mechanisms,lay emphasis on the selection and training of tutors,define the guidance methods of tutors,and adopt various methods to improve students'practical ability.
