摘要
为了能够更加准确地评估整体吊装强度效果,本文以某大型风电安装船的上建为基础,采用MSC.Patran/Nastran有限元分析软件,基于DNV规范,评估了上建在整体吊装过程中的结构强度问题。考虑了分段吊装过程中的实际模型重量重心不确定因素、多钩吊装的倾斜不确定因素以及动态放大系数等,评估了上建整段在吊装过程中的屈服和变形问题,为整体吊装强度评估提供了参考。
In order to evaluate the overall lifting strength effect more accurately,this article takes the superstructure of a large wind power installation ship as the foundation,uses MSC.Patran/Nastran finite element analysis software,and based on DNV specifications,evaluates the structural strength issues of the superstructure during the overall lifting process.Taking into account the uncertainty factors of the actual model weight center of gravity,the tilt uncertainty of multi hook lifting,and the dynamic amplification factor during the segmented lifting process,the yield and deformation issues of the entire upper construction section during the lifting process were evaluated,providing a reference for the overall lifting strength evaluation.
