摘要
研究以AI艺术中的AI绘画工具为基点,结合法兰克福学派的文化批判理论对AI技术进行哲学反思。在AI背景下,机械复制时代的艺术转向进一步凸显。一方面,艺术作品不再具有“原真性”,“灵韵”在失去其依托生成的场域后变得更加式微;另一方面,绘画不再摹仿自然,而是以人的意志为出发点进行“炮制”,艺术创作的概念再一次嬗变。在这种前提下,人与艺术都面临着重新定义的需要:大众借助AI绘画工具获得了自我表达的能力,而艺术价值从具有原真性的“灵韵”偏向生产的速率与完成度,艺术家的身份也由创造者转向生产者。“AI艺术”本质上是一种模仿而非提炼,与传统艺术仍有不同。无论如何,AI艺术的出现必然会对现有文明产生冲击。辩证地说,AI绘画工具帮助人们进行主动自我赋权、促进文化产品生产、实现了艺术边界的再次拓展,但也使艺术泛化、失去特殊的批判性力量,超越性与引领意义不再。因此,尽管AI艺术当下的困境可能在未来通过技术进步而得到解决,人类却不应自甘从艺术的领域退场,放弃文明的权柄。
On the basis of the discussion of AI painting tools in AI art,this paper makes a philosophical reflection on AI technology in combination with the cultural critical theory of Frankfurt School.The change of art in the era of mechanical reproduction is further highlighted in the context of AI.On the one hand,works of art no longer possess"authenticity",and their"aura"becomes more declining after losing the field it relies on to generate;On the other hand,painting no longer imitates nature,but"concocts"with human will as the starting point,and the concept of artistic creation changes once more.Under this premise,both human and art are faced with the need to redefine:the public has gained the ability to express themselves with the help of AI painting tools,while the artistic value has shifted from the original"aura"to the speed and completion of production,and thus the artist's identity has shifted from a creator to a manufacturer.However,the"AI Art"is essentially a kind of imitation rather than refinement,which is still different from traditional art.In any case,the emergence of AI art will inevitably have an impact on the existing civilization.Dialectically speaking,AI painting tools help people actively empower themselves,promote the production of cultural products and realize the reexpansion of artistic boundaries;but at the same time,it also leads to the generalization of art,which makes art lose its special critical power,and then its transcendence and leading significance are no longer existed.Therefore,although the current predicament of AI art may be resolved through technological progress in the future,human beings should not withdraw willingly from the field of art and give up the authority of civilization.
