油气井口厚壁法兰管材激光切割单元研究 被引量:1

摘要 为分析激光切割技术在火灾时对油气井口管材快速切割的可行性,开展法兰管材的激光切割单元试验。基于自主搭建的激光切割加工平台开展无吹气条件下激光功率、移动速度和焦距对切割深度影响的单元试验;用正交单元试验研究激光功率、移动速度和焦距对切割深度影响的主次顺序。结果表明:特定的激光功率对应相匹配的移动速度,确保切割深度达到最大;激光焦点位于试样表面时利于增加切割深度;在激光功率、移动速度和焦距3个参数中,激光移动速度对切割深度的影响最大,其次是激光功率和焦距。 In order to analyze the feasibility of laser cutting technology for rapid cutting of oil and gas wellhead pipes in case of fire,the laser cutting unit tests of Flange pipes were carried out.Based on the independently built laser cutting processing platform,the unit test of the influences of laser power,moving speed and focal length on the cutting depth was carried out under the condition of no blowing.The influences of laser power,moving speed and focal length on cutting depth were studied by orthogonal element experiment.The results show that the specific laser power corresponds to the matching moving speed to ensure the maximum cutting depth under this power.When the laser focus is on the surface of the sample,it is beneficial to increase the cutting depth.Among the three parameters of laser power,moving speed and focal length,the laser moving speed has the greatest impact on cutting depth which is followed by laser power and focal length.
