薄壁金属管脉动液压胀形模具装置及试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 构建了脉动液压加载试验平台及模具装置,研究了脉动加载条件下薄壁金属管的韧性破裂行为,基于应变速率变化准则构建了成形极限图。比较分析了薄壁金属管在简单线性载荷和脉动液压载荷下的变形规律,分析了零件的质量、不同频率和振幅对薄壁金属管最大胀形高度和成形均匀性的影响,揭示了脉动液压加载条件下薄壁金属管的胀形机理,并总结了变形规律。 A fluctuating hydraulic loading test platform was constructed to study the ductile frac⁃ture of thin-walled metal tube under fluctuating loading,the forming limit diagram was construct⁃ed based on the strain rate change criterion.It compared and analyzed the deformation law of thinwalled metal tube under simple linear load and fluctuating hydraulic load.Also,the influence of the quality of product parts,different frequencies,and amplitudes on the maximum bulging height and forming uniformity of thin-walled metal tubes was analyzed.The forming mechanism of thinwall metal tube under pulsating hydraulic pressure was revealed,and the deformation law was summarized.
