摘要
通过对医用心脏手术基座的成型工艺进行分析,成型基座的注射模采用点浇口,推杆设置在钢制角块手柄平面上;采用中模镶件成型垂直型孔,采用双斜度锥形型芯的斜导柱滑块抽芯机构成型双斜度锥形孔。对于抽芯距离超过45 mm的2根不锈钢长杆的定位和安装,采用液压缸抽芯机构。注射模结构设计合理,基座注射成型合格。
Based on the feasibility analysis of the base for medical cardiac surgery,the pin-point gate was designed in the injection mould,and the ejector pin was set on the plane of steel corner block handle.For forming the core of the vertical hole,insert parts were adopted in the middle mould,and the double taper hole was moulded by using the guide pillar slide core-pulling mecha⁃nism with double slope conical core.For the positioning and installation of 2 stainless steel long rods with the core pulling distance of more than 45 mm,the cylinder core-pulling mechanism was used.Due to the correct design of the injection mould structure,the base was qualified.
