摘要
以乘用车带框车门内板为例,介绍提高材料利用率的冲压工艺方案,通过设计高利用率的坯料形状、非传统的车门拉深和整形工艺及减少模具数量,并建立有限元成形模拟和模具虚拟调试优化,将带框车门内板材料利用率由47%提升至62%。
Taking a door frame of a passenger car as an example,a stamping process that signifi⁃cantly improved the stamping material utilization was introduced.The process plan involved de⁃signing the blank shape with high material utilization,non-traditional door drawing and sizing pro⁃cesses.Also,the finite element forming simulation and virtual debugging optimization were estab⁃lished.It increased the material utilization for the door frame from 47%to 62%.
