摘要
介绍了一起红外测温发现的110 kV变压器高压套管将军帽发热缺陷和消缺过程,分析了高压套管发热及微量乙炔(C2H2)产生的原因。结合高压套管结构和处理后试验数据,分析套管发热的主要原因,并提出类似故障的处理方法和建议。
This article introduces a heating defect and its elimination process in the high-voltage bushing cap of a 110 kV transformer discovered by infrared temperature measurement.Analyzed the reasons for the heating of high-pressure casing and the generation of trace amounts of acetylene.Based on the structure of high-voltage casing and processed test data,analyze the main causes of casing heating,and propose treatment methods and suggestions for similar faults.
