摘要
为提升新能源并网后的输电质量,光伏新能源并网对继电保护的影响是重要研究内容之一。分析了光伏新能源并网输电系统的原理、特点以及光伏新能源专属线路接入和T型接入两种并网方式。光伏新能源接入电网的位置影响继电保护的灵敏性和选择性,同时光伏新能源发电具有波动性的特点,对电网内电能的品质会造成谐波畸变、电压波动和闪变、潮流倒向等影响。研究结果表明,光伏新能源并网后会导致线路电压产生变化,影响电网电能质量;光伏新能源并网功率越大,对电网各节点电压的升高作用越明显,同时会改变电网内的潮流分布;光伏新能源接入线路的首端、中端、末端等不同位置,会不同程度影响继电保护的灵敏性和选择性。
In order to improve the transmission quality after the integration of new energy into the grid,the impact of photovoltaic new energy grid connection on relay protection is one of the important research contents.The analysis was made on the principle and characteristics of the photovoltaic new energy grid connected power transmission system,as well as the two grid connected methods of photovoltaic new energy exclusive line access and T-type access.The different locations of photovoltaic new energy connected to the power grid affected the sensitivity and selectivity of relay protection.At the same time,photovoltaic new energy power generation had the characteristic of volatility,which could cause harmonic distortion,voltage fluctuations and flicker,and flow reversal on the quality of electricity in the power grid.The research results indicated that the integration of photovoltaic new energy into the grid could lead to changes in line voltage and affect the quality of power grid.The higher the grid connected power of photovoltaic new energy,the more obvious the effect on the voltage rise of each node in the power grid,and at the same time,it would change the power flow distribution within the power grid.The sensitivity and selectivity of relay protection would be affected to different degrees at different positions such as the head,middle,and end of photovoltaic new energy access lines.
