摘要
目前实现覆膜砂旧砂循环利用最有效的方法就是热法再生,笔者系统研究了原砂加热温度及加入树脂后混砂时间、加入固化剂的比例及时间等因素对热法再生覆膜砂性能的影响。实践表明:再生覆膜砂流动性更好、发气量更低,能够减少铸件的变形,减少铸件粘砂和气孔现象的产生,使铸件表面更加光洁;同时降低生产成本60%以上,减少了旧砂排放对环境造成的污染。
At present,the most effective method to recycle the old sand is thermal regeneration.The author systematically studied the effects of raw sand heating temperature,sand mixing time after adding resin,proportion and time of adding curing agent on the performance of thermal regeneration of coated sand.The practice shows that the recycled coated sand has better fluidity and lower gas emission,which can reduce the deformation of castings,reduce the occurrence of sand sticking and porosity of castings,and make the surface of castings more smooth.At the same time,the production cost is reduced by more than 60%,and the pollution caused by the old sand discharge to the environment is reduced.
