摘要
探究肝胃不和证消化性溃疡患者接受柴胡疏肝汤治疗的临床效果。选取2020年1月—2022年6月贵州省瓮安县中医医院收治的104例肝胃不和证消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其平均分为对照组和研究组,每组各52例。对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,研究组患者接受常规西药+柴胡疏肝汤治疗,对比两组患者中医证候积分、治疗效果、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率和临床症状消失时间。结果显示,经过治疗,研究组中医证候积分比对照组低(P<0.05),研究组临床总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组复发率比对照组低(P<0.05),研究组生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05),研究组不良反应发生率比对照组低(P<0.05),研究组临床症状消失时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。研究发现,运用柴胡疏肝汤治疗肝胃不和证消化性溃疡,有助于优化患者临床总疗效,降低不良反应发生率及复发率,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。
To study the clinical eff ect of Chaihu Shugan Tang on patients with peptic ulcer caused by disharmony between the liver and stomach.104 patients with peptic ulcer of disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome who were admitted to Weng’an Hospital of TCM from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the con-trol group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group patients received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group patients received conventional Western medi-cine+Chaihu Shugan Tang treatment,Compare the TCM syndrome scores,treatment eff ectiveness,quality of life scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and time to clinical symptom disappearance between the two groups of patients..The results showed that after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total clinical effi cacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical symptom disappearance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that using Chaihu Shugan Tang to treat peptic ulcers with disharmony between the liver and stomach can help improve clinical effi cacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates,thereby improving patients’symptoms and further improving their quality of life.
