摘要 本文介绍一种机器人激光切割自动化生产线,是专门用于U形纵梁下料生产的数控设备,能适应多品种柔性化生产,满足不同规格U形纵梁切割需求。切割后的割口面一般不需进行表面加工。配备了在线除渣装置,可清除切割后残留在U形纵梁的内腹面和内翼面的浮沉割渣。设备具有自动化程度高、使用方便、性价比高等优点,广泛适用于各种机械制造业中U形纵梁的下料切割生产。 A robot laser cutting production line has been introduced,which is a CNC equipment specifically used for cutting U-shaped longitudinal beams.It can adapt to multiple types of flexible production and meet the cutting requirements of different specifications of U-shaped longitudinal beams.The cut surface after cutting generally does not require surface processing.Existing equipment has been equipped with an online slag removal device,which can remove the floating and cutting slag remaining on the inner web and inner wing surface of the U-shaped longitudinal beam after being cut.The equipment has the advantages of high automation,convenient use,and high cost-effectiveness,which is widely suitable for the cutting of U-shaped longitudinal beams in various mechanical manufacturing industries.
