摘要
煤矿用液态CO_(2)输送泵是新兴的防灭火设备,介绍了煤矿用液态CO_(2)输送泵结构组成、工作原理以及常见的压注灭火工艺。基于煤矿用液态CO_(2)输送泵性能研究,结合煤矿特殊环境和CO_(2)相变特性,提出了适合煤矿井下的特殊安全技术要求和检验建议,为液态CO_(2)输送泵设计制造、安全使用提供了技术指导和参考。
Liquid CO_(2)transport pump for coal mine is a new fire fighting equipment.Introduced the structure composition,working principle and common pressure injection fire fighting technology of liquid CO_(2)transport pump for coal mine.Based on the performance study of liquid CO_(2)transport pump for coal mine,combined with the special environment of coal mine and the phase change characteristics of CO_(2),the special safety technical requirements and inspection suggestions suitable for coal mine were proposed,which provides technical guidance and reference for the design,manufacture and safe use of liquid CO_(2)transport pump.
