摘要
电力调度数据网是电力调度中心与发电厂、变电站之间通信的基础设施,是电网调度自动化、管理现代化的关键基础设备,也是电力监控系统的重要组成部分。电力调度数据网主要配置有接入路由器、实时和非实时交换机、电力纵向加密装置、横向防火墙等设备。通过对某某一级电站电力调度数据网的故障处理分析,就中小型水电、新能源电厂在通信网络、网络安全方面的一些共性问题提出了想法和思考,以促使中小型水电、新能源电厂通信安全引起更多关注和重视。
Power dispatching data network is the communication infrastructure between power dispatching center,power plants and substations,the key infrastructure of power dispatching automation and management modernization,and an important part of power monitoring system.The dispatching data network is mainly equipped with access routers,real-time and non-real-time switches,vertical power encryption devices,horizontal firewalls and other devices.This time,through the fault treatment process of the power dispatching data network of a certain first-class power station,this paper puts forward some personal thoughts and insights on major common problems existing in the communication network and network security of small and medium-sized hydropower and new energy power plants,hoping to arouse more attention to the security improvement of the communication network of small and medium-sized hydropower and new energy power plants.
