摘要
为了设计出与女性面部贴合度更高的防护口罩,采集青年女性面部的三维形态,统计分析女性面部形态的主要特征因子,进一步对人体面部进行聚类分类。选择占比最多的脸型,应用三维软件的展平功能完成防护口罩的样板并进行优化设计,为设计与人体面部贴合度更高的防护口罩提供参考。
In order to design a protective mask with a higher fit with female face,the three-dimensional morphology of young female face was collected,and the main characteristic factors of female face shape were analyzed statistically,so as to further cluster classification of human face.The face shape with the largest proportion was selected to fit the 3D face model.On this basis,the flattening function of the 3D software was applied to complete the patternmaking of protective masks,and the optimized design was carried out.The research can provide reference for the design of protective masks with a higher fit with human face.
