环保型高压开关设备洁净空气质量检测 被引量:6

Clean Air Quality Detection Inside Eco-friendly HV Gas-insulated Switchgear

摘要 碳减排和控制温室气体效应的相关规定促使环保型的电力设备逐步推广应用于电力系统。采用洁净空气绝缘结合真空开断技术的高电压等级开关设备已经在国家电网多点试运行,有望在变电站得到普遍应用。为了确保洁净空气长期稳定的绝缘性能,结合开关设备的特点对洁净空气进行有效的质量检测和评估成为行业关注的技术主题。文中首先对洁净空气的纯度等级作了说明;接着基于相关文献报导,综述在设备制造试验、现场检测、运行维护等不同阶段对洁净空气绝缘的处理方法及其气密、湿度、纯度和分解物等质量指标的各种有效的检测技术,并与SF_(6)绝缘的检测情况作了对比;最后简述洁净空气作为绝缘介质在环保、健康、安全和设备寿命周期的成本方面的各项优点。文中推荐的各种检测仪器的灵敏度和检测方法是行之有效的,也是相关从业人员的关切,供在工程实践中参考借鉴。 The related regualtion of carbon emission reduction and control of green house effect initiates application of environmental-friendly electric power equipment for power system.Quite a few of HV switchgear with clean air as insulation medium in combination with vacuum arc interruption technology has been put into trial operation in SGCC in China and are expected to find wide application in substation.For assuring long and stable insulation properties of clean air and in combination with the features of HV switchgear,the effective quality detection and assessment of clean air has become the technical topic which is concerned by the power industry.This paper firstly shows the purity classes of clean air.Then,based on the report of related literature,the handling method on the insulation of the clean air at such different stages as manufacture and test,site detection and operation maintenance of the equipment,as well as various effective detection techniques of such quality indexes as air tightness,humidity,purity and decomposition are comprehensively summarized.Meanwhile comparison with the case of SF_(6) insulation is presented.Finally the advantages of the clean air as dielectric medium in such aspects as relevant environment,health and safety aspects as well as considerations on life cycle costs during lifetime of GIS are described.The sensitivity of the recommended clean air detection devices and the detection method are effective,which is the concern of related industrial persons and for the reference in the engineering practice.
