摘要
固体绝缘内部及表面缺陷是引起电力设备故障的主要原因,但现有检测方法流程复杂且易影响电力设备安全运行。受自然界生物启发,将刺激—响应涂层引入绝缘系统,可通过发光与色彩的形式直观显示绝缘缺陷。文中对刺激—响应材料及其在绝缘缺陷自诊断中的应用进行综述,首先分析发光及变色等刺激-响应材料的类型及工作原理,发光材料包括电致发光、聚集诱导发光及荧光分子探针,变色材料考虑色素色(电致/热致变色)及结构色(光子晶体和胆甾相液晶)响应材料,并总结了刺激—响应材料在绝缘缺陷自诊断中的应用现状,旨在为绝缘缺陷的灵敏、高效自诊断提供参考。
The internal and surface defects of solid insulation are the main causes for failure of power equipment.However,the process of existing detection methods are complex and likely to affect safe operation of power equipment.Inspired by the natural biological stimulus-response characteristics,stimulus-response coatings are introduced into the insulation system,which can display the insulation defects directly through the form of luminescence and color.In this paper,the stimulus-response materials and their applications in self-diagnosis of insulation defects were reviewed.Firstly,the types and working principles of stimulus-response materials such as luminescence and discoloration were analyzed.The light-emitting materials include electroluminescence,aggregation-induced luminescence and fluorescent molecular probes,color-changing materials considering pigment color(electrochromic/thermochromic)as well as structural color(photonic crystal and cholesteric liquid crystal)response materials.The present application status of of stimulus-response materials in the self-diagnosis of insulation defects was summarized in order to provide reference for the sensitive and efficient self-diagnosis of insulation defects.
