摘要
目的:分析个性化护理在妊娠高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的妊娠高血压患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组开展常规护理,研究组开展个性化护理。比较两组产后出血率、早产率、依从性、生活质量、护理效果。结果:研究组早产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);两组产后出血率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。护理前,两组物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:妊娠高血压患者实施个性化护理干预的效果显著,可改善患者生活质量,降低早产率,提升依从性。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized nursing in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received individualized nursing.The postpartum hemorrhage rate,premature birth rate,compliance,quality of life and nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Result:The premature birth rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.021).There was no statistically significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.037).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of material life,physical function,social function,and psychological function between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of material life,physical function,social function,and psychological function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.025).Conclusion:The implementation of individualized nursing interventions for patients with gestational hypertension has a significant effect,which can improve the quality of life,reduce the rate of premature birth,and enhance the compliance.
