摘要
高等院校积极开展实践育人工作,以丰富的实践活动为基础,全面提升高校育人水平。特别是在信息技术飞速发展背景下,如何将信息技术与实践育人工作相融合,建立“线上+线下”协同育人机制,成为学校管理者需要重点思考的问题。相关工作人员以传统的思政教育知识体系以及网络技术为基础,深入分析实践育人线上线下协同机制底层逻辑,明确实践育人线上线下协同机制特点,针对协同育人机制存在的问题,从运行监督、考核评价、激励保障三个维度,制定切实可行的优化策略,以期全面提升实践育人效果。
Colleges and universities actively carry out practical education work,which can comprehensively improve the level of college education based on rich practical activities.Especially in the context of the rapid development of information technology,how to integrate information technology with practical education and establish an"online+offline"collaborative education mechanism has become a key issue for school administrators to consider.Based on the traditional ideological and political education knowledge system and network technology,the relevant staff deeply analyzed the underlying logic of the online and offline collaborative mechanism of practical education,clarified the characteristics of the online and offline collaborative mechanism of practical education,and formulated practical optimization strategies from the three dimensions of operation supervision,assessment and evaluation,and incentive guarantee aiming at the problems existing in collaborative education mechanism in order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of practical education.
