摘要
目的:针对儿童心理诊疗评估全流程数据管理和应用问题,搭建一套行之有效的儿童诊疗评估及随访系统。方法:采用数据提取、转换和加载工具,利用表单引擎、分布式流处理引擎等技术,设计涵盖临床数据中心和随访数据,具备高效实用性的软件系统。结果:该系统可有效采集与整合全流程诊疗数据,提高临床评估效率和质量,并可根据不同疾病分类自定义选择评估量表、自动计算评估结果。结论:本系统为医护提供了便捷、高效的数据采集与管理途径,提高了临床诊疗效率,并为科研与临床决策支持提供有效的数据支撑。
Objective To build an effective child diagnosis and assessment and follow-up system for the whole process of data management and application of child psychological diagnosis and assessment.Methods Data extraction,transformation and loading tools,technologies such as form engines and distributed stream processing engines were used to design an efficient and usable software system,which covers clinical data centres and followup data.Results The system can effectively collect and integrate the whole process of diagnosis and treatment data,improve the efficiency and quality of clinical assessment,customize the selection of assessment scales and automatically calculate the assessment results according to different disease classifications.Conclusion This system provided a convenient and efficient data collection and management channel for medical and nursing care,improved clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiency,and provided effective data support for scientific research and clinical decision support.
