摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄口服液+间歇蓝光照射+双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月至2023年3月睢宁县妇幼保健院收治的58例黄疸新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(29例)与观察组(29例)。对照组采用间歇蓝光照射+双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗,观察组采用茵栀黄口服液+间歇蓝光照射+双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗。比较两组治疗效果、黄疸消退时间及住院时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组黄疸消退时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液+间歇蓝光照射+双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果确切,可显著缩短黄疸消退时间及住院时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid+intermittent blue light irradiatio+Bifidobacterium Tetrad Viable Bacteria in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 58 neonates with jaundice admitted to Suining Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(29 cases)and the observation group(29 cases).The control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiatio+Bifidobacterium Tetrad Viable Bacteria,and the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid+intermittent blue light irradiatio+Bifidobacterium Tetrad Viable Bacteria.The therapeutic effect,jaundice regression time and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The jaundice regression time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid+intermittent blue light irradiatio+Bifidobacterium Tetrad Viable Bacteria in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has definite clinical effect,can significantly shorten the jaundice regression time and length of hospital stay,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
