典型液体爆炸分散数值仿真与试验研究

摘要 液体爆炸分散模型是分析评估液体分散效果、优化分散装置结构的重要工具。为了全面分析液体黏度等因素对分散效果的影响,根据液体爆炸分散过程及特点分别建立了液体爆炸分散的近场、破碎和远场全过程仿真模型,提出了在各阶段可验证的评价参数,包括液体最大径向速度、液滴平均直径、液体质量分布和最大分散半径等;设计了不同质量比甘油-水溶液的爆炸分散试验,验证了数值模型的适用性和准确性。结果表明,黏度是液滴平均直径与最大分散半径等的主要影响因素,不同性质的液体在各阶段的评价试验结果与数值计算结果吻合较好。 The model of liquid explosion dispersion is an important tool for analyzing and evaluating liquid dispersion effect,and optimizing device structure.In order to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the influences of liquid viscosity and other factors on the dispersion effect,the near-field model,the breakup model and the far-field model were respectively established based on the dispersion process and characteristics,and the evaluation parameters that could be verified in each stage were pointed out,such as the maximum radial velocity of liquid,the mean diameter of droplets,the mass distribution of liquid and the maximum dispersion radius.In order to verify the applicability and accuracy of the numerical model,explosion dispersion experiments with different mass ratios of glycerin aqueous solution were designed.The results show that the viscosity is the main factor affecting the average diameter and maximum dispersion radius of droplets,and the experimental results of evaluation of different liquid properties in different stages coincide with the numerical results.
