摘要
由于我国人口老龄化问题较为严重,为进一步推进健康中国战略的实施,切实做好养老工作,县(区)、乡镇(街道)、村(社区)三级养老服务体系是我国养老服务体系建设的重要组成部分。目前,县、乡、村养老服务资源分配不均,各项养老服务体系设备不匹配,造成县、乡、村社会化养老发展不平衡,互联互通及区域特色融合度不高,结合目前县乡村养服务体系构建的重要性,以湖南省为例,叙述县乡村社会化养老服务体系构建所面临的困境,提出湖南省县乡村三级社会化养老服务体系构建路径优化,实现养老服务多元化,加强养老服务专业化队伍建设,注重养老服务人员培养,优化社会化养老服务体系构建路径。
Due to the serious aging of population in China,in order to further promote the implementation of the healthy China strategy and effectively do a good job in the elderly care,the county(district),township(street),village(community)three-level elderly care service system is an important part of the construction of China's elderly care service system.At present,the distribution of county,township and village elderly care service resources is uneven,and the equipment of various elderly care service systems does not match,resulting in the unbalanced development of county,township and village social elderly care,and the integration degree of regional characteristics is not high.Combined with the importance of the construction of the current county and village pension service system,the paper takes Hunan Province as an example to describe the difficulties faced by the construction of county and village social elderly care service system.To realize the diversification of elderly care services,strengthen the construction of professional elderly care service teams,pay attention to the training of elderly care service personnel,and optimize the construction path of socialized elderly care service system.
